Liquid Dessert

Mike W here and I hope you are all keeping cool! I’m currently 3 days away from a surgery and the doctors have had me on a liquid diet for the past week and will continue until they cut me open. The diet allows 5 100 calorie protein shakes, 100 oz of water, cups of green veggies and 2 cups black coffee every day. 

As of me writing this I’m 18 pounds down and if one more person says, “water weight” it may put me over the edge. With my stomach constantly rumbling like a 7.6 earthquake, I’ve noticed that when I do get to have my intake, it is so much more enjoyable than normal. Drinking Dead Sled coffee black tastes so good that it has become the highlight of my day.
