Our El Diablo Blend is a specialty coffee with origins from Papua New Guinea, Brazil, and Yirgacheffe (Ethiopian).
We’ve been wanting to create a brand new, and permanent family member to our specialty coffee family for a while now. After sampling creation after creation, we found the one. We found El Diablo.
Our El Diablo blend is roasted to a City roast and is a blend of coffee from Brazil, Papua New Guinea, and Yirgacheffe (Ethiopian). All of the beans were grown at an altitude of 1500 meters which creates a smooth and complex finish.
So tempting, even the devil was swayed to pick the coffee bean from the plant.
Roast Level: City Roast (Dual blend of medium and Vienna roast)
Tasting & Cupping Notes: Sweet chocolate with citrus nuances. Stone fruit, dark berry, with a nice body with a fabulous aftertaste.
