What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Standard shipping fee of $6.00 on all US orders under $60. All US orders over $60 ship free. Make sure you select FREE SHIPPING at checkout. Orders outside of the U.S. are calculated using live USPS postal rates based on package weight. We do not set shipping prices outside of the U.S. 

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Dead Sled Coffee strives to make purchasing our products as easy as possible. Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & PayPal for payments. If there’s a payment option you’d like to see, let us know and we’ll be happy to check in on it!

How long will delivery take?

Our goal is to get your order processed as quickly as possible. All orders that come in before 12pm ET, Monday-Friday (except holidays) will usually ship the same day. Along with processing, U.S. orders can take up to 7 business days, not including holidays to arrive. We use DHL for most orders. The last mile within the US is handled by the local Post Office in your area. Once your item has shipped, Dead Sled Coffee is not responsible for any packages delayed by the carrier. Orders outside of the U.S. are processed just as quickly, but delivery times will vary. 

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your information is important to us! We will never sell your information, and your payment details are always protected and 256-bit encrypted through secure payment servers.

What exactly happens after ordering?

When your order is received we do our best to process it within one business day. On occasion there is a higher volume of orders than usual which can delay shipments. If you participated in a pre-order, your order may be placed into an “on-hold” status. Nothing is wrong, it’s just how we sort pre-orders from live orders. Also, Dead Sled Coffee roasts fresh every week and if you’re ordering prior to a roast being completed, your order may be delayed. Please use our contact form for any order questions and please add us to your safe email sender list so we don’t end up in your spam folder. We always respond to emails within 1 full business day. 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is completed and assigned a tracking number, you will receive another email with a tracking number attached. For all order questions please use our contact form.
