What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

All shipping charges are automatically generated from USPS live rates. Orders outside of the US are calculated the same way. We do not control live rate shipping prices.  

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Dead Sled Coffee strives to make purchasing our products as easy as possible. Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & PayPal for payments. If there’s a payment option you’d like to see, let us know and we’ll be happy to check in on it!

How long will delivery take?

Our goal is to get your order processed as quickly as possible. However, due to various reasons, it can take upwards of 10 business days for your order to ship. If it’s a new product and it will take longer, we will list the estimated ship times in the product description. We use USPS for most orders. Once your item has shipped, Dead Sled Coffee is not responsible for any packages delayed by the carrier. Orders outside of the U.S. are processed just as quickly, but delivery times will vary.

If we are currently roasting a product, if it’s a high volume time, or it’s back ordered due to high demand, unfortunately sometimes it can take approximately 20-25 business days not including weekends and holidays for your order to process. If you purchased another product along with a backordered (roasting) coffee, your entire order will be held until the roast is finished so we recommend making two purchases if you’d like your other items right away. We are a roast to order company, and take pride in the fact that we don’t have a lot of inventory just sitting around getting stale. We want the coffee to arrive to you as fresh as possible. 

If you participated in a pre-order, it can take up to 60 business days after you placed your order (not including weekends and holidays) for your pre-order to process. If you purchased other items along with your pre-order, all of your items will ship together. If you’d like your other items immediately, we highly recommend placing two transactions. One for the pre-order and one for the other items you’d like to show up immediately. 

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your information is important to us! We will never sell your information, and your payment details are always protected and 256-bit encrypted through secure payment servers.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Absolutely! To start, please make sure we’re on your safe sender list so our emails are not blocked by spam filters. Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is completed and assigned a tracking number, you will receive another email with a tracking number attached. For all order questions please use our contact form.
