All shipping charges are automatically generated from USPS live rates. Orders outside of the US are calculated the same way. We do not control live rate shipping prices.
Dead Sled Coffee strives to make purchasing our products as easy as possible. Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & PayPal for payments. If there’s a payment option you’d like to see, let us know and we’ll be happy to check in on it!
Our goal is to get your order processed as quickly as possible. All orders that come in before 12pm ET, Monday-Friday (except holidays) will usually ship the same day. However, due to various reasons, it can take up to 10 business days for your order to ship. We use USPS and UPS for most orders. Once your item has shipped, Dead Sled Coffee is not responsible for any packages delayed by the carrier. Orders outside of the U.S. are processed just as quickly, but delivery times will vary.
If we are currently roasting a product, or it’s back ordered due to high demand, unfortunately sometimes it can take upwards of 45-60 business days not including weekends and holidays for your order to ship. If you purchased another product along with a backordered (roasting) coffee, your entire order will be held until the roast is finished so we recommend making two purchases if you’d like your other items right away.
If you participated in a pre-order, it can take up to 60 business days after you placed your order (not including weekends and holidays) for your pre-order to arrive. If you purchased other items along with your pre-order, all of your items will ship together. If you’d like your other items immediately, we highly recommend placing two transactions. One for the pre-order and one for the other items you’d like to show up immediately.

When your order is received we do our best to process it within one business day. On occasion there is a higher volume of orders than usual which can delay shipments. If you participated in a pre-order, your order may be placed into an “on-hold” status. Nothing is wrong, it’s just how we sort pre-orders from live orders. Also, Dead Sled Coffee roasts fresh every week and if you’re ordering prior to a roast being completed, your order may be delayed. Please use our contact form for any order questions and please add us to your safe email sender list so we don’t end up in your spam folder. We always respond to emails within 1 full business day.
Absolutely! Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is completed and assigned a tracking number, you will receive another email with a tracking number attached. For all order questions please use our contact form.
